Payment Policy
Reservations are guaranteed upon payment of 50% of the total amount, using the chosen payment method, up to 15 days before check-in.
The reservation is secured after receipt of proof of payment of these 50% by email to cfolivingretreat@gmail.com.
Failure to pay this amount leads to automatic cancellation of the reservation.
The remaining amount of the reservation will be charged, in cash or transfer, upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy
The conditions for canceling the reservation depend on the advance notice of the respective communication:
– Up to 14 days before the check-in date, a full refund of the amount paid for the reservation occurs;
– Between 7 and 14 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged; – In any other case, there is no right to a refund.
– If the guest does not show up on the day of booking, this amount will also be charged.
– The guest already installed can interrupt their stay without the right to a refund.
Terms and conditions
1 – Scope of applicationThe terms and conditions contained in this document apply to the relationship between the potential guest, hereinafter referred to as guest, and Living Retreat, from the moment of the reservation request until the end of the period of stay. In situations that are not provided for in the Terms and Conditions, the applicable legislation is used.
2 – Reservation PolicyReservations can be made by phone, email and through the website https://living-retreat.com and are subject to availability.
3 – Arrival and DepartureThe Living Retreat allows check-ins between 15:00 and 23:00. Upon check-in, guests must identify themselves and provide their identification documents (identity card/Citizen Card/passport). On the date of departure, guests will have to leave the house unoccupied of people and goods and without any damages until 12:00h. Check-in and check-out may take place outside the defined hours provided that availability is verified with Living Retreat. If it is not vacated by 12:00 pm on the day of departure, without any justification or prior consent, compensation corresponding to the price of one night will be immediately charged, with the guest only having the right to use the accommodation during this period if rooms are available. Living Retreat does not have a reception service and therefore guests must inform their arrival time by phone or email. Upon check-in, two sets of keys will be handed over and each set has two keys: one for the entrance to the building and another for the entrance to the apartment. If the keys are lost, the value of the keys will be charged to the guest. Keys must be returned at check-out.
4 – Terms of useOnly the guests indicated in the accommodation reservation will have the right to use the property. Temporary visits to our guests are only allowed with the prior consent of Living Retreat.
Guests and potential visitors must use the property under appropriate conditions and with care. The accommodation space and the equipment available to guests must be used in proper conditions and left clean and in good condition. All damages, breakdowns and theft associated with guests will be charged, taking into account the amount of damage in question. Children under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult guest at all times during their stay at the Accommodation. Living Retreat is not responsible for personal belongings that may disappear within the accommodation facilities. The guest must always ensure that access to the property is properly closed. In case of an emergency, the guest must call the contacts available in the house’s regulations for this purpose.
5 – ParkingLiving Retreat does not have private parking, but there is free public parking in the area surrounding the building. At Praça do Junqueiro parking is paid
6 – AnimalsNo animals are allowed in the accommodation.
7 – NoiseGuests will have to take into account that excessive noise can generate disturbances that cause discomfort and affect the tranquility and rest of the neighbors.
8 – Parties or events
No parties or events are allowed at the accommodation.
9 – Access to the property by managementThe Casa Soenga team will have the right to enter the property, during the Customer’s stay, in order to carry out cleaning, repairs and similar work.
10 – PriceThe price of the stay to be paid by the guest constitutes the consideration for the use of the Accommodation, in the period between arrival and departure. The total price of the stay will be charged per night. The applicable rates will be the agreed prices or the prices established in the price list in force on the date of the reservation request. The rates and amounts indicated for the stay will be increased by VAT at the legal rate in force, unless otherwise specified.
